One Single Impression suggestions the word COLOR this week. I was in Seattle and went to Pike Street Marke this past weekend so this is a perfect prompt. More colorful haiku here.

These are very nice, Jone. The thought of an asparagus as an "edible creature" is delightful to me. Thanks.

Oh, I liked these! Tulips are one of my favorite flowers and I like the image of them being in a beauty pageant!
Well done! It's nice to see you again as well!
:)
Gives me a whole new way to look at asparagus. Nice.
These are lovely pictures and wonderful haiku! Pike Street Market is hard to beat for color and more!
Love the pics and poems. I agree that Pike Place is a wonder for the senses. I have never thought to bring a camera when I have visited. Thanks for sharing.
..flowers and tulips ,a delicate recurrent theme ..i'm curious 'bout the result of the beauty
pageant[feel for asparagus-the disallowed entry]
Nice soft colors. But, I will never look at asparagus without thinking of it as an edible creature again.
These are lovely. I love the tangerine lemon color of the tulips! The vision of a pagent is wonderful.
I have always thought the heads of asparagus look suspiciously like alien insects.
Your photos are wonderful, and excellent examples of why I hardly ever go anywhere without my camera anymore. I too loved the phrase 'beauty pageant of tulips'.
Alien insects? I love asparagus, Jone, but I may never look at them in quite the same way again. LOL
As usual, wonderful pos & pics. Good luck on that upcoming exam and a return to normal life.
